Menu Madness: To the Dogs in Brentwood

This photo popped into our Google alerts today, but we can't figure out which Brentwood restaurant went through all this trouble. Of course Brentwood dogs would have a better menu than most children in any other part of the city/country/world. We want details: Who, where and how many people actually order the four-ounce baked New York steak and doggie "cup cake" for Charlie? What if the cooks messed up your order of spinach with that of Buddy's? So many questions.
