Sales were particularly soft for the Cheesecake Factory in California, Las Vegas and Florida this last quarter, so to offset the lag, chief executive David Overton says they'll add delivery service in 13 markets. The bigger elephant in the room: Having to raise prices which could blemish the "value" perception of the chain. "I think we’re still seen as offering value," says Overton, "but you have to be careful in this environment."
