Well, they aren't actually brewing beer but Blue Palms Lounge next to the Music Box @ The Fonda in Hollywood will reopen as Blue Palms Brewhouse in a few weeks. Expect 24 beers on tap, cask conditioned ales, eclectic bottled selections and a few suds specially brewed for the restaurant. No full details on the menu yet, but they're calling it "contemporary American cuisine." We don't know when the Blue Palms closed for this redo, but it's supposed to reopen on August 8 according to the website. We like this beer/wine trend that's going on these days, but when will more people actually brew beer in LA?
