Well that was fast: Chef Josef Centeno is parting ways with Lot 1 owner Eileen Leslie. His final service at the restaurant will be Thursday night, reports the Daily Dish. We don't know the backstory or what this means for the restaurant, but Centeno says he wants to open his own restaurant (which was the plan before Lot 1), but not any time soon.
