What's Chris "CJ" Jacobson up to these days? Creating breakfast items for the Hilton Garden Inn hotel chain, apparently. We haven't checked in with our uni-ball hero since we last heard he was moving to Chicago, but now he's sharing healthful recipes for multi-grain waffles, granola and with yogurt and fruit, and brisket hash with kale. "These are real foods, not some Danish or granola bar," says the former cheftestant. And definitely not broccoli so foul it "wasn't fit to serve in prison." [Hotel Interactive via HotelChatter]
