EaterWire: Yes, Boule BH Is Open, Spumante Ristorante Resurfaces, Chez Melange Moving

BEVERLY HILLS: The Boule people are kind of in a snit after we posted a reader's concern that the satellite store on Bedford was closed one afternoon---he found it unstaffed, and, alarmed, told Eater, which we then posted as a query. We were quickly corrected that the store is indeed open, but people keep calling the Boulesters freaking out that the bakery/shop is closed. So here is the second correction: Boule on Bedford in Beverly Hills is and was always open. Daily. Case closed. [EaterWire]

NORTH HOLLYWOOD: A tipster sends word that Cathy Salas and husband Joe will be reopen Spumante Ristorante, which they were forced to close in Studio City after a rent increase, in the ground floor of a new residential project (11049 Magnolia) sometime in August. [EaterWire Inbox]

REDONDO BEACH: Owners of Chez Melange sent out a newsletter that they're closing the current location and moving: "Robert Bell and Michael Franks are excited to announce that Chez Melange will be moving to the Riviera Village. After 26 years in our current location, we feel it is time for a change. We have secured a long term lease and will be moving into the location currently occupied by Paradiso Restaurant, 1611 Catalina Avenue. We’re looking forward to be hopefully open in September or October. In the meantime, we are planning our last sixty days at Chez Melange, of which we hope you will come and spend some more memorable nights with us. In the plans are wine dinners, parties, and a grand dinner and auction taking place on our last night." [EaterWire]
