Time once again for everyone's favorite guessing game: Here we have another 3rd Street restaurant on the market, this one on the "coveted Restaurant Row between La Cienega and La Brea." The 5,000-square-foot venue had a recent $1.5 million renovation including a lounge that's "Las Vegas-style ultra chic." The seller suggests a buyer can take the space and organically grow the current concept---obviously a smash hit---or can expand it with "menu options, public relations and most importantly marketing and promotion." You all did so well guessing Food Court LA, which eventually shuttered, we throw this your way to ease into that post-holiday work week. As always, guesses go in comments. [BizBen]
