Welcome back to The Dish, your weekly dose of openings around town. Did we miss a debut? Drop it in the tip jar.
SILVER LAKE: A reader alerts us that the new Home Restaurant quietly opened two weeks ago. We haven't been in yet, but a staffer says the menu is the same as the Los Feliz original and there's a patio---shrouded from that busy Fletcher/Riverside Drive corner---but there's also a full bar, one you can actually sit at. Hours are the same as the original (9am-"close"). (2500 Riverside Dr, 323.665.0211)
STUDIO CITY: Craig Trager and the Vintage Bar Group (The Woods, The Well, NoBar) debuted The Fifth last week. In addition to the three rooms and funky 70s-style decor Trager told us about a few weeks ago, Thrillist adds that the gameroom has a pool table and tabletop video games, and regulars are encouraged to make suggestions to add to the liquor list and jukebox. Call it as you see it. Opens daily at noon, happy hour until 7pm. (4821 Whitsett Ave, 818.753.8297)
BEVERLY HILLS: A tipster alerts us that sushi master Katsu Michite (Studio City's Tama Sushi) opened Katsu Sushi in the former Sushi Tidachi space on Beverly Drive. Open for lunch and dinner daily; closed Sunday. (260 N. Beverly Dr, 310.858.0535)
DOWNTOWN: The Jamaican/Caribbean Sugacane Lounge recently opened just a few blocks from Staples. The menu shows the basics, and Angelenic already tried it out and found large portions and good spicy jerk chicken. Off-menu vegetarian items are available, too. (1053 S. Hill St, 877.828.0419)
