And about chef Remi Lauvand leaving Citrus this week, we have comment from the restaurant: "Citrus at Social and Remi Lauvand have parted ways. In the interim, sous chef Omri Aflalo is the acting executive chef. Aflalo previously worked with Michel Richard at Citronelle, Gary Danko at Restaurant Gary Danko and Michael Mina at Aqua."
