Heads of some local colleges support a petition to lower the drinking age to 18. They claim a lower drinking age will cut down on binge drinking, which apparently is a problem for drinkers under 21. Which is just ridiculous! Everyone knows people under 21 don't drink because it's clearly against the law. [LAT]
