Jonathan Gold continues his epic sausage quest, putting away dogs from the Bavarian-run Brats Brothers, The Infield's Twinkie Dog (Google's already been calling for the recipe) and Yaki's Bowl, where the Bulldog is a "hot dog wrapped in a slice of American cheese, further wrapped in a wonton skin, and then deep-fried into an oozing, golden cylinder." But it's at Jeff's Gourmet Kosher Sausage Factory, where Gold can finally end his hot-dogged pursuit. Even though they serve house-made sausages like veal bratwurst, Gold christens their standard hot dog as "endless summer on a bun." [LAW, previously]
