On the Market: Mojitos

Here's a short and sweet Craiglist ad for Mojitos on Raymond in Pasadena: "North of Colorado. Large, Elegant, High-End Cuban Restaurant. Located in Historical Old Pasadena. No rent." Phil and Carmen Casteneda turned the long-standing Xiomara into Mojitos just last year, but it's a huge space on a tough block for business. The promise of fresh-pressed sugar cane mojitos must not be luring in enough people. The couple opened Siena around the corner on Union Street earlier this year, but no word on how it's doing.
