Eater SF has the first preview shots of mega-foodie Slow Food Nation event being held in San Francisco this weekend. They'll be all over the event: The food pavilions with every artisanal foodstuffs galore (breads, cheeses, pizza, ice cream, pickles and chutney, charcuterie, oils...who's hungry?), the marketplace, the forums (Alice Waters, Michael Pollan, Eric Schlosser, Carlo Petrini), the demos. We expect lots of chef sightings and gossip. Go here for updates all weekend long. [~ESF~]
