DOWNTOWN: We've been waiting to hear what the last restaurant would be at L.A. Live: Adding to Katsuya, Fleming's Steakhouse, the Yard House, Rosa Mexican and the Conga Room, Mike Zislis will open a second Rock'N Fish across in the complex in December. The popular Manhattan Beach restaurant opened in 2000, and the new downtown location will be 6,000-square-feet of similar New Orleans and pan-Asian flair. Teriyaki steak, barbecue shrimp and sticky rice, martinis and the signature Navy Grog will all make an appearance on the menu. [Eater Inbox]
DOWNTOWN: Two things most people say about the hidden but worthy-of-seeking-out Colori Kitchen: The hours were impossible to navigate, and it was ridiculously cheap. Seems the owners caught wind and decided to bump up some of the prices and add longer dinner hours---now closing as late as 11pm on weekends. [Angelenic]
