MID-CITY: The Blackburn & Sweetzer blog spotted a "leased" sign and major construction work going on inside the former Zen Grill space on 3rd Street. The owner pretty much ran that place into the ground and closed it last year. The kitchen is still intact, at least when these snaps were taken, so there's a chance it will be another restaurant. It would be kind of foolish if the new tenants turned it into anything else. But who's moving in? Anyone with the deets, right here.
