According to Variety, El Gordo signed on for two more seasons of Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. And then there's the third show he signed on to do: Man Camp, a kind of boot camp for men "whose ladies are slightly concerned about how feminine they're becoming." Please. Make. It. Stop.
