Marco Pierre White, "the godfather of rock star chefs," is doling out advice to restaurateurs: "Put your prices up...People don't come to your restaurant to save $10; they come to you for what you have to offer." After taking over the British Hell's Kitchen from Gordon Ramsay, White's been in town promoting his American version of The Chopping Block in which couples compete to win their own Manhattan restaurant (there was a casting call in LA for it earlier this year). Apparently he loves the Mozzas, but that we already knew. [Daily Dish; previously]
