Echo Park's City Sip, which we've ply-stalked and teased it was coming, officially, though softly, debuts tonight. Per the newsletter: "City Sip is QUIETLY opening our doors this weekend....shhhhhh! And by QUIETLY, we mean TELL AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE YOU KNOW and dune buggy your way over!!!" Hours this weekend are 6pm-11pm (Fri-Sun), but will change once things settle.
