More Details About The Corner Revealed

New, 2 comments

HOLLYWOOD: Several operatives made their way past the former Doughboys, now The Corner since we posted news of the switch yesterday: First, the photo, which shows the new patio barrier which some commenters believe will make at least a mental difference in eating outside. Also note the missing graffiti on the windows---another tipster was told the windows are now "graffiti proof," whatever that means. More facts: Doughboys owner Frank Waldman is officially not a part of this project, even if the new menu for The Corner is said to be very similar to Doughboys; they hope to serve beer and wine (application in place); and there was a friends-and-family run-through in progress last night, which means a debut is just around the corner. About a week and a half, to be exact.
