Winter Tracking: Tonys at The Sunset

Above is a rendering for Tonys, the new casual steakhouse concept from Tony Riviera and the Primo Hospitality Group, going into the space that was briefly Crudo on the Sunset Strip. Unlike BLT Steak just a few doors away, Tonys will keep everything under $20---we assume this means it will be nothing like Tourondel's bone-in porterhouse for two prefaced with those amazing pop-overs, but in times like these, an under-$20 steakhouse definitely has its place. Opening date is February 6. Tonys, of course, is in addtion to the myriad other projects the group has in the works right now, which includes plans for another location downtown.
