From the midst of this past weekend's barista competition, blogger Food GPS reports the intriguing nugget that coffee connoisseur Archie Hernandez plans to open a "wine bar for coffee" called Spring for Coffee in the old Lloyd's Bank building downtown next month. Color: "The trio [Hernandez, plus Mori chef Maru Nagano and art collector Ken Yoshitake] plans to rotate seasonal coffees every seven days."
