Miss Irene wanted to dine at Citrus at Social in Hollywood on Tuesday night. They weren't answering the phone, but she pressed on. They seemed to have abandoned valet parking services, and yet she was not deterred. Only when the doors themselves proved locked did she realize the place was closed for the night. Et alors: "You’d think that if the restaurant is going to close on a day it's supposed to be open, somebody would at least change the phone message. I see this morning that its website has been updated to say dinner is served Thursday through Saturday, so I guess the closure was no anomaly." And not good news, following on the heels of this.
