Well, here we are, all 2009ed and ready to go: The holidays are over, everyone's bitter about getting back to work after two weeks of binge drinking and eating, and, sure, resolutions are already getting broken. New Year's Eve---generally a shitshow full of dining/drinking amateurs---was several days ago, and missing from our post-holiday inbox are horror stories from the night or the whole holiday season.
