In today's dose of drama, Starbucks is suing a former senior vp, for allegedly violating a non-compete by accepting a job at competitor Dunkin’ Donuts. Starbucks petitioned the court "to prohibit Paul Twohig from disclosing to Dunkin’ sensitive Starbucks’ information...to order him to return to Starbucks severance pay and...pay the coffee company other damages and attorneys’ fees."
