Rumormongering

Open, close, open, close, so goes it at Bastide. In August there was word of interior renovations over at Walter Manzke's old stomping ground, but most recently we've heard that Bastide is (no shocker) going bistro and Jerome Voltat, formerly of L'Orangerie, is next in line as chef. If true, Voltat would follow in a familiar path previously trampled by Mr. Ludovic Lefebvre, L'Orangerie to Bastide. [EaterWire]
