Deal or no deal? Last week's lawsuit between The Bucks and former vp Paul Twohig has been settled. Twohig, who now plays on team Dunkin' Donuts, must may pay Starbucks $500,000 and in return he will be allowed to partake in the standard orientation program for Dunkin’ execs, but then must take a leave of absences until Jan 2010. Twohig has also agreed to not disclose Starbucks’ trade secrets or confidential information. [NRN]
