Earlier this month came word of more Umami outposts on the way, now LAmag shares specifics on the (probable) next location coming to Space 15Twenty in Hollywood. Though the lease has yet to be signed (could be signed as early as tomorrow), if things run smoothly, location three will take over SnackBar, and an employee predicts that Umami will "move in right away." Again, pending the lease. The fun part of this location is that Umami now gets a full liquor license which could mean more curious cocktails involving yuzu and seaweed noodles. [LAmag]
