Today Blanca in Solana Beach sent out a formal email officially announcing their new chef Jason Neroni formerly of NYC's 10 Downing. In addition to Neroni's new seasonal Mediterranean-influenced menu, the restaurnt also underwent a minor redesign adding "natural woods" to create a "warm inviting tone." [EaterWire]
