BEVERLY HILLS— Thomas Keller himself made an appearance at this weekend's American Wine and Food Festival, positioning himself for most of the evening behind a large block of ice chiseled into the shape of a bar (yes, that was one large block of ice). Included in the Bouchon goodies handed out that evening was a copy of the menu which will be served at the Beverly Hills outpost. Many of the dishes are replicas from Napa and Vegas, but some new additions include cotes de boeuf, confit of big eye tuna a la Nicoise, and boudin noir. [GS]
