With his restaurant The Gorbals up and running, Season 2 Top Chef champion Ilan Hall's been tapped for a new project. Enter Ketel One. The vodka distiller is sponsoring a late night food truck rolling out in New York next month captained by Michelin-starred Greek chef Michael Psilakis. After a run in Gotham, the Ketel One munchie wagon will stop in Chicago (with Regional Mexican pioneer Rick Bayless), before ending its tour in LA where Hall will put together the menu. The best part? The Ketel truck's food is completely free. [TONY]
