WEHO— Starting Sunday XIV is launching a rather innovative brunch concept appropriately titled "Not Just Brunch." Think Cirque du Soleil-esque performances by contortionists, fire breathers, and performers walking around on stilts as you eat. To add to the obscurity there will also be a Champagne cart trolling around and the restaurant will serve a new menu with items like deep fried French toast, and grilled NY steak and eggs. PASADENA— Starting tonight and every Wednesday thereafter, Vertical Wine Bistro has introduced a weekly wine class titled "Get EntWined." Each class features three wines selected by David Haskell paired with three small bites from new executive chef Doug Weston’s updated California bistro menu. Classes run from 6-7PM and cost $33.
