GQ's "Men of the Year" issue is out now, and molecular gastronomy/small plates king Jose Andres is included as the pick for chef of the year . The focus of Alan Richman's tribute to Andres is not one meal, nor one restaurants, but rather five dishes from four of his restaurants across the country. Andres has accumulated his fair share of accolades over the years, but this may be the first and last time he's on the same list as Neil Patrick Harris, Phoenix and "The Hangover Guys."
