Nazarian/SBE Places "Special Hold" on Halo

Last week The Wall Street Journal profiled resto/hotel/nightclub head honcho Sam Nazarian calling to attention the down economy's impact on his empire. Aside from cutting some of his development team and downsizing his corporate staff, the article also states, "to adapt, Mr. Nazarian is pursuing less ambitious plans, at least for now." So, it comes as no surprise to hear that though Nazarian got his mitts on Halo back in August, a "special hold" has been placed on the property. Hmm...where is Heidi when you need her.
