Cristoni BH is no more and according to Grub Street, in its place comes not a Thai restaurant but rather a Vietnamese eatery instead. Basically, the new concept titled (gotta love this one) 9021Pho is operated by chef Kimmy Tang of the shuttered Michelia and grand opens tonight. Look for (shocker) pho, bento boxes, plus other Vietnamese fare. [GS]
