Thai Teak Adds Vegan Restaurant, Santito's Mexican Grill Tortas Takes Over Yuri

1) Santa Monica: Main Street will soon be home to a new Thai vegan spot. The owner of flower and plant emporium Thai Teak plans to open a restaurant in the front section of the store. Construction is slow going, but permits have been approved. [EaterWire]

2) Mid-City: The silence has been broken at the old Yuri Japanese cafe space. In its place comes Santito's Mexican Grill Tortas. Right now the interior is completely under construction, looks like they are at least a month or so off from an opening. [EaterWire]
