Some of the details have already filtered in, but in case you forgot, Bar Bouchon debuts tomorrow beneath newbie Bouchon in Beverly Hills. As for the aesthetic, Bar Bouchon is in sync with its big brother upstairs so expect a classic French bar with indoor and outdoor terrace seating for up to 46. The menu is mostly made up of small plates including salads, charcuterie, cheeses, tartines, sandwiches, caviar, and desserts, some of which is served at Bouchon. Since there's a full bar, libations are not limited to beer and wine, though the house specialties are that vin de carafe deal and a couple Thomas Keller-crafted artisanal beers. More photos en route.
