Down in Australia, a food critic for a major newspaper has finally won a lawsuit filed against him by a restaurant that he panned, six years ago. The Supreme Court judge has ruled that the critic's smackdown was "entirely defensable" because it was an honest opinion, and thus the restaurant is not entitled to damages. More info on the wacky court proceedings, plus hilarious snippets from the original review, over at Eater National [-EN-]
