A Florida developer is suing the founder of Subway for a tidy $5 billion dollars. The reason? The developer claims that Subway's Fred DeLuca "hijacked his dreams of creating the nation's first eco-sustainable city." The city that they were going to build was to be called Destiny. But then DeLuca kidnapped his reverie. You really can't make this stuff up. [AP via Eater National]
