Evolutions: And Kogi Finally Gets Its Kitchen

Culver City: Even before it was teased last week, you just knew it was only a matter of time until Kogi made the natural jump from truck to actual brick-and-mortar location. And that day has come: sometime next week, the Kogi overlords will "permanently take over" the kitchen at David Reiss' Alibi Room on Washington Boulevard. Furthermore, restaurant and bar owners—including Cedd Moses' 213 Group— around town are starting to take note of the truck phenomenon and trying to book it. In other words, the boom is just getting underway.

Now, can we talk about those aforementioned, vague world domination plans?
