SILVER LAKE—The paint is barely dry on Barbarella Bar, but already the weeks-old hotspot has had a bit of a chef shuffle. Fresh off a mention of his new menu last week, we've confirmed that chef Lance Corralez is out at Barbarella. No word yet on the why or how, but we'll take any bonus gossip in the tip jar. CULVER CITY—Grubtrotters has it that Kristi Ritchey has signed on as chef de cuisine at Ford’s Filling Station: "The former Murano chef joined Ford’s Wednesday after spending some time consulting for Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop in Beverly Hills." [GT]
