Here we have updates from a pair of restaurant not quite ready for The Dish, but getting very, very close to debuts nonetheless. Up first, NYC pizza import—and longtime victim of delays—Two Boots is finally opening tomorrow for dinner service in Echo Park. Elsewhere, in the old Zen Sushi space on Hyperion, Barbarella Bar held its soft-opening last night, but has slated February 11th for its public opening.
