DOWNTOWN—BottleRock honchos Fred and Isaac Hakim have named Jared Levy as their new executive chef. Levy, who has worked under Michael Cimarusti and Kris Morningstar, will be in charge of the kitchens at the existing Culver City locations and the one at the upcoming downtown location, which is currently scheduled to open in March 2009.
