East LA: It's been called one of LA's "quintessential dining experiences," has been featured on Man vs. Food and is pretty much a Boyle Heights institution, but El Tepeyac is up for sale. A sharp-eyed tipster spotted this listing that shows the original location—building, lot, everything—on Evergreen is on the market, which could be bad news for the 50-year-old icon, depending of course on the investor. Oh, and the pricetag: a cool $1.78 million.
