EaterWire: 3 on Fourth Shuttered, Vincenti Corkage News

New, 9 comments

SANTA MONICA—According to a tipster, the unfortunately-named 3 on Fourth is doneski as of Saturday night. From the inbox: "Looks like it closed on the 14th. I walked past it on Sunday the 15th and the sign was up. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but they didn't even bother to clean up at the end of the night. Dishes, silverware, and glasses were still on the tables." [EaterWire]

BRENTWOOD—The latest restaurant to alter their corkage policy with the hope of easing the pain of the recession is Vincenti Ristorante. Effective immediately, they will be waiving corkage altogether on Tuesdays. The rest of the week, they've changed their corkage policy to $35 per bottle (two bottle max), and corkage waived bottle for bottle for any bottle purchased from out list (in other words, if you bring one in and buy one there, the corkage fee is waived).
