What's going on here, Hollywood/Blue Palms Brewhouse? From the inbox: "They usually have a half price beer happy hour until 7pm. Today I went in to watch the tournament and the first thing that the bartender says is that they no longer have a happy hour because of a 'newly enacted' 'hollywood ordinance' 'not allowing happy hours.' I wanted to call bullshit, but restrained, figuring it is bad form to kick a business when it's down. So: have you heard anything about such an 'ordinance' or should I be shorting this place?"
