Evolutions: Westwood Brew Co. Converting to BBQ Joint

Westwood: Starting next Monday, Westwood Brewing Company will try to shed its college bar label as it converts into a "serious" BBQ joint. We're hearing the name will be changed to BrewCo BBQ and the whole menu will be overhauled to include items like St. Louis-style pork ribs, Texas beef ribs, smoked brisket, deep fried twinkies and your typical sandwiches/combo platters. As our tipster points out, even if it's half decent, it'll have a strong presence on the west side of town, which is largely devoid of good 'cue.
