Animal Guys Likely Among F&W Best New Chefs

Throughout the day, Food & Wine editor-in-chief Dana Cowin has been teasing the magazine's annual Best New Chefs via Twitter. The official announcement isn't until tomorrow, but she's already shared five unnamed chefs (and counting). So far, the Mothership has rounded up some pretty guesses for most of the teases, and Cowin's most recent clue seems like a no-brainer: "#BNC Clue #5. LA Zoo."

So, assuming the restaurant in question is Animal, congrats are in order to Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, who will join the esteemed ranks of Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz and Tom Colicchio in the F&W Best New Chefs Hall of Fame. In any event, the full official list drops tomorrow; stay tuned.
