A mega retail and restaurant development has been announced for the corner of Fairfax and Third. It won't be completed for (at least) another 12 to 18 months, but it's a biggie that includes two potential restaurant spaces—both on the West Third Street side—that encapsulate 18,250 square feet. Now which restaurateur would be so bold as to tackle such a behemoth? [B+S]
