Mobile Food Alert: Introducing the Cool Haus Truck

Paul McCartney was probably all well and good, but one of the more significant developments to emerge out of the Coachella festivities is surely the discovery of a new food truck coming soon to our fair city. According to big sis Curbed, something called Cool Haus was a hit over the weekend, selling ice cream sandwiches from a truck. But not just any ice cream sandwiches: modern architecture-themed ice cream sandwiches. It's the brainstorm of foodie-architects, and the five flavors on the preliminary menu include Frank Behry, Mintamalism, Mies Vanilla Rohe, Richard Meyer Lemon and Oatmeal Cinnamoneo.

The Cool Haus truck is slated to roll into Los Angeles this summer, and yes, they've signed up for Twitter too.
