HOLLYWOOD—Via the Dish: Starting next Tuesday, Dakota will hold a weekly BLT Night ... you can choose from house creations including a classic BLT, BLT salad, sliders, burgers, a lardon pizza and pasta carbonara." That's a lot of bacon. [DD]

HUNTINGTON BEACH—Another location of Trader Joe's is slated to arrive in Huntington in June: "The Trader Joe’s market will replace a shuttered Ralphs near Warner Avenue and Algonquin Street ... When the third Huntington Beach store opens, as well as one planned in Aliso Viejo, Trader Joe’s will have 19 markets in Orange County." [FFM]

BAY AREA—For those wondering about the health of the uWink "empire," the Silicon Valley location has been officially shuttered. The two Los Angeles locations remain open(ish), but you'll recall that the Hollywood & Highland branch is slightly in flux. [~ESF~]
